You need to cancel no later than 7 days before the conference to be able to get any refund.
An order confirmation is sent immediately via email.
SIPF is a non profit organization who are not VAT registered. Thereby all prices are excluding VAT.
Card payments are made via Payson and Swish
Protection of personal data
In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business for the purpose of completing and providing the service that you expect from us. The information may be used by SIPF for marketing purposes, but is never released to third parties.
According to PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register.
Personal information provided in connection with registration for the campaign via Facebook is stored at SIPF, in accordance with your consent. SIPF is responsible for personal data according to PUL for the processing of this data.
• SIPF may use the information for marketing its own products and for inviting you to lectures.
• I give SIPF permission to use event images and video where I am depicted in their products and marketing.
• We rely on balancing of interests when documenting events.
• In accordance with PUL, you have the right to receive information once a year free of charge about what personal data SIPF has about you, and how these are used. For requests for information, correction of incorrect information, etc., you are welcome to contact SIPF.
In the event of war, natural disaster, pandemics, industrial action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not be reasonably foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep the said agreement / commitment, shall constitute reason why we are released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement. In the event of a refund, a deduction is always made for the expenses we have had in connection with events such as marketing, handling and premises costs.
